(Salem) The Missouri Department of Revenue has announced a Request for Proposal of the license office in Salem located on South Main Street.
Bids will start being accepted January 10th and must be submitted by January 24th.

Interested groups or individuals who wish to bid to operate the Salem License Office must have an active Federal Employer Identification Number and must submit their proposal under the legal entity name for which the identification number was assigned.
The current contract of the Salem License Office is close to expiring. A scheduled tour of the current Salem License Office location can be requested by emailing the procurement contact on the MissouriBUYS website.
The revenue department says proposals will be evaluated on items as outlined in the Request for Proposal.
All proposals will be evaluated by a review team from the revenue department and the proposal that scores the best will be selected to operate the office.
