Salem Woman with Serious Injuries After Pickup Truck Crash

(Raymondville) A woman from Salem was seriously injured Sunday afternoon in a pickup truck crash in Texas County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident took place on Highway 137, 2 and a half miles north of Raymondville when a G.M.C. pickup driven by 28-year-old Lydia Byer ran off the road and overturned.

Byer was seriously injured and was taken for treatment to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, Missouri.
