Salvation Army looking for volunteers during the holidays

(Jefferson County) The Salvation Army Service extension office in Arnold is seeking volunteers to ring the kettle bells at local businesses throughout Jefferson County this upcoming holiday season.

Athena Drattlo is the Case Manager at the Salvation Army Service Center. She says bell ringers are crucial in their goal to raise money during the holidays.

Drattlo adds people can choose what hours they would like to volunteer.

People can sign up as an individual, class or as a group.

In addition the local Salvation Army extension office is looking for volunteers to wrap toys for tots as well as other various programs that help local residents.
