Search On for Park Hills Man Accused of Sexually Abusing Children

(Park Hills) Police are looking for a St. Francois County man accused of sexually abusing three young children.

Park hills police say 55-year-old David Horton of Park Hills made three children undress in his room.

He then allegedly touched the children’s privates and told them not to tell anyone.

He also allegedly exposed himself to the children and asked them to touch him but the children refused.

The 10-year-old girl who provided this info to the Children’s Advocacy Center on January 31st said Horton also performed a sexual act on her.

Horton’s own family also told investigators about another incident with Horton and a child.

The two other children are expected to be interviewed soon by Children’s Advocacy Center.

Police say David Horton has been seen driving a red Jeep Compass with Missouri license plates HF7-H9K.
