Seckman’s Hayden Boyd is J-98 Baseball Dream Teamer
(IMPERIAL)    Hayden Boyd, a pitcher/shortstop for the Seckman High School Jaguars was recently named to the J-98 Baseball Dream Team.  Boyd finished his Junior season with a record of 6-1, he pitched five complete games, threw a no-hitter, pitched 50 innings, was able to keep his E.R.A. at a low 2.10 while striking out 61 and walking 17.  The opposition could only muster a .199 batting average against him.  Hayden was also named the Pitcher of the Year in the Suburban Conference Yellow Division.
Hayden says he likes to mix his pitches to keep the batters off-stride.

According to Hayden, his fastball has a natural sink.
