See Eagles at Lake Wappapello Saturday

(Wappepello) Majestic raptors will be featured at Lake Wappapello Saturday.
Becky Hays is with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at the lake in Wayne County.
She says there are two shows Saturday.
In the 1990’s the bald eagle nearly became extinct in the United States but the large birds have made a dramatic comeback.
Hays says if you are lucky enough, you might be able to spot one when when visiting Wappapello Lake.
The Bill Emerson Memorial Visitor Center is located off ‘T’ Highway in Wappapello.
