South Iron Boys Battle Delta for Trip to the Class 1 Final Four Tonight on the SportStream

(Delta) The South Iron boys basketball team is one win away from reaching Springfield and the Show Me Showdown as they travel to Delta to take on the Bobcats in the Class 1 Quarterfinals tonight on the MyMoInfo SportStream. South Iron handled Chadwick in their Sectional win 74-42 and now try to slow down a Delta team who is averaging 80 points a contest. Delta reached the quarterfinals last year and Panthers head coach Dusty Dinkins knows winning on the road in the playoffs is never easy.

Last year, the Bobcats put up 95 points per contest under first year head coach Chris Hahn. This year, they’ve scaled back a little at 80 points per game and now have to try and stop the prolific Panthers. Coach Hahn says it’s going to be tough to stifle South Iron.
