SRX Superstar Racing coming to Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55

(Pevely) The next big race coming to Jefferson County is the SRX Series.

SRX Superstar Racing with DIRTcar Modifieds will be at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely on Saturday, July 16th.

Ken Schrader is one of the owners of the track.

He says it’s part of a busy summer for them.

Schrader will also be one of the drivers competing.

He says, where as most SRX races happen on pavement, the race at Pevely is the lone one in the series on dirt, creating a unique challenge for the drivers.

Tickets are $35 for adults and $15 for kids 12 & under when bought in advance but will be $5 more on race day.

The ticket office will open at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 at noon on July 16th, including selling $50 pit passes.

Grandstands open at 2 p.m., with practice runs starting at 3 before the actual races begin in Pevely at 7.
