State Representative Rick Francis Headed Back To Jefferson City

(Perryville) The Missouri legislature will be back at work next week to deal with a bill to allocate more money to fight the COVID-19 Pandemic. State Representative Rick Francis of Perryville says it’ll be a tall task just getting into the capitol building to be able to vote.
