Ste. Genevieve High School Has A New Principal

(Ste. Genevieve) A man who grew up in Ste. Genevieve is working his way up the ladder at the Ste. Genevieve School District. Dr. John Boyd Jr. has been promoted to be the high school principal for this upcoming school year. He’s happy with his new job so far.

Freshmen Registration and Mentorship Day is Wednesday, August 11th. Incoming freshmen can register for their classes and each student will be introduced to a mentor, either a junior or senior, who will help these first-year high school students get acclimated and adjusted to the big change to high school life. Sophomores, juniors and seniors can register for their classes by going to the Ste. Genevieve School District’s website. The first day of school in Ste. Gen is Monday, August 23rd.
