Ste. Genevieve County Reports First Confirmed Cases Of Coronavirus

(Ste. Genevieve) Ste. Genevieve County now has it’s first confirmed cases of the coronavirus.

That announcement was made late Saturday night by the health department and Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital.

Health department staff say they are working with the positive cases to determine any close contacts of the individuals who were possibly exposed.

Those patients are currently quarantined.

The health department is also encouraging all residents to continue to practice good hygiene and social distancing.
