Ste. Genevieve School Tax Rate Set & Companies Protest Taxes Related to School

(Ste. Genevieve) A new tax rate has been set for those who live within the Ste. Genevieve School District.

Bailey Otto is the communications director for the school.

She says they have the fourth lowest tax rate out of 20 area schools.

Otto also wants to share some news on another tax-related issue concerning the Ste. Genevieve School District.

Otto says the Missouri Tax Commission doesn’t plan on holding the Ste. Genevieve School District tax protest hearing until sometime in February of next year.
