Sylvia “Sibby” L. Rowe of Festus passed away on Sunday (3/31) at the age of 79.

The visitation for Sylvia “Sibby Rowe will be Thursday (4/4) morning from 10 until the time of the funeral service at Noon at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in DeSoto. Interment in the Rowe Cemetery in Valles Mines.
