Temperatures Rising In Listening Area

Starting Tuesday we will experience some powerful summer heat in the listening area, with temperatures steadily in the 90s and approaching 100. Jared Maples, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in St. Louis, says this summer is one of the hottest since 2012.
And Maples says the heat will be here for a while.
Tuesday’s high is expected to be in the mid to upper 90’s and we may reach 100 by the weekend.
