Today Is Random Acts Of Kindness Day

(Washington County) Today is Random Acts of Kindness Day. It was organized by the group Shayley’s Angels from Washington County as a way to draw awareness to suicide and depression prevention efforts. Organizer Lela Thompson says in years past, they have sent teams out to do random acts of kindness but they are shaking things up this year.
Thompson says they are also desperate for volunteers.
Shayley’s Angels will be set up in Washington, St. Francois and Jefferson Counties today. Members of our radio station will also be out today performing random acts of kindness.
