Trash Can Size Matters in Desloge

(Desloge) The size of your trash can has apparently become a controversial issue in the city of Desloge.
The topic was discussed at this week’s city council meeting.
City Administrator Dan Bryan says the City flips the bill, usually around 250-thousand dollars a year, for free trash service to it’s residents of Desloge.
The Desloge City Council also discussed preparation for winter.
In other news from the Desloge City Council meeting, 5-thousand dollars was budgeted to purchase new chairs for the city council chambers.
The current chairs are worn out.
They will be purchased from Mineral Area Office Supply.
Also, some Desloge Fire Department vehicles will be sold as surplus property.
