Two Farmington Residents Injured in Two Vehicle Crash

(Park Hills) Two Farmington residents were injured this morning in a two vehicle accident in St. Francois County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash took place on northbound Highway 67, just south of Parkway Drive in Park Hills, when a Nissan Titan pickup driven by 66-year-old Vickie Baumgartner was being followed by a Chevy Sonic driven by 74-year-old Harold Reed.
The front of Reed’s car struck the rear of the pickup, causing the truck to strike the median cable barrier.
Reed received moderate injuries and a passenger in Baumgartner’s Nissan, 83-year-old Ella Govreau had minor injuries.
Both were taken to Parkland Health Center in Bonne Terre.
