Two From Belleview Injured in Head-On Crash in Pilot Knob

(Pilot Knob) Two people from Belleview were injured just after midnight Friday morning in a two vehicle accident in Iron County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident took place on Highway 21 in Pilot Knob when a Ford Taurus driven by 41-year-old Amanda Hayes crossed the centerline and struck a Ford Explorer head-on driven by 54-year-old Charles Helton.

Hayes received moderate injuries and was taken to Parkland Medical Center in Farmington.

Helton received minor injuries and he was taken to Iron County Medical Center in Pilot Knob.
