Two Injured in Ste. Genevieve County Crash

(Bloomsdale) Two people received serious injuries after a two-car crash Saturday night in Ste. Genevieve County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident took place at 11302 ‘Y’ Highway when a Pontiac G6 driven by 39-year-old Joshua Arter of Freeburg, Illinois crossed the center line.

Arter’s front left of his car struck the front left of a Mazda 3 being driven by a 16-year-old juvenile from Ste. Genevieve.

Both were seriously injured and were taken to Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis.
