Two Injured in Three-Vehicle Accident in St. Francois County

(DESLOGE) Two people were injured following a three-vehicle accident in St. Francois County on Thursday morning. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 68-year old Denise Wisdom of Bonne Terre was driving eastbound on Highway 8 when she attempted to turn left onto Janice Street. She then turned into the path of a Chrysler minivan driven by 33-year old Shelby Stark of St. Mary. Stark’s minivan then struck Wisdom, causing her Ford Edge to spin and strike a GMC Yukon driven by 61-year old Sherrie Barton of Bonne Terre. Both Wisdom and Stark received moderate injuries and were taken to Parkland Health Center in Farmington. Barton was not injured in the accident.
