Two Suspected, One Arrested for Alleged Fraud and Stealing

(Jefferson County) One person has been arrested and another is suspected of allegedly writing fraudulent checks and stealing nearly $24,000 from another persons bank account.
Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Grant Bissell has the details.
Bissell notes out of the two suspects, one has been arrested and is a 28-year-old man from Villa Ridge.
The second suspect is a 32-year-old woman from St. Louis.
