Veterans Legislative Rally Held Last Week in Jefferson City

Randy Tolliver of Reynolds County had a busy day last Tuesday in Jefferson City. He spoke to members of the legislature about bills that are important to veterans. Tolliver is the representative for V.F.W. District 8.

Tolliver tells us about one of the important individuals he visited with that day.

Besides fully funding the Missouri Veterans Commission, Tolliver says the Missouri Association of Veterans wants House Joint Resolution 75 to pass. It would amend the state constitution to update the real and personal property tax exemptions for 100-percent of the disabled veterans in Missouri.
