Wanda Bernice Dement of Festus, passed away Monday (11/29), she was 76 years old.

There will be private family services and burial for Wanda Dement at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
