Washington County Officials Plan for Town Square Park Project

(Potosi) Washington County officials have set forth a plan for a big project in the county seat.

County Clerk Jenny Allen describes what they would like to do in downtown Potosi.

Allen says the stage could be used in a variety of ways.

We asked Allen how they plan to fund the project.

Allen says the Washington County treasurer would hold all donations in an account until their goal is met.

She goes on to say if they could not get enough donations or grant funding for the project, each donation would be returned to donors.
