West County Defeats Arcadia Valley in Girls Basketball on J98

(Ironton, Mo.) West County defeated Arcadia Valley in girls basketball tonight by a final score of 67-51 on J98. The Lady Bulldogs caught fire in the first half as Claire LaBruyere poured in 18 points scoring on 6 straight 3-point shots.

LaBruyere finished the game with 19 points. Dori McRaven was our player-of-the-game and led the Lady Bulldogs in scoring with a total of 31 points.

West County head coach Bobby Simily says McRaven is a phenomenal player.

Gracee Smith lead the Lady Tigers scoring with 25 points.

Arcadia Valley drops to 11-7, 4-1 in the MAAA Conference Small Schools Division and will host Grandview tomorrow night.

West County improves to 15-3, 4-0 in the MAAA Small Schools Division and will play Valle Catholic in Ste. Genevieve on Wednesday.
