Winter Salt Shed for City of Desloge

(Desloge) Less than 20 days and spring will be here but we still need to be aware that those late winter storms can still bring some snow and ice to the area.

The City of Desloge has plenty of salt for city streets if it does snow but when winter is over, the left over salt has been going to waste.

However, that won’t happen anymore according to City Administrator Stephanie Daffron.

Daffron also tells us about a winter project that has taken place at Desloge City Park.

Desloge City Park is open daily until 10 p.m. October through April and until 11 p.m. from May to September.
